‘APC Is Like A Barren Woman Impregnated By PDP’ – Raymond Dokpesi

Raymond Dokpesi, national chairmanship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Monday, August 8, 2016, likened the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, as a “barren woman,” who got “impregnated” by his party, the PDP.

He said the APC either as Alliance for Democracy, AD, Action Congress, AC, or Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, was unable to win national election in the country before some members of the PDP joined them prior to the 2015 elections.

It can be recalled that some governors, chieftains and leaders of the PDP defected to APC in the build up to the 2015 elections.

Dokpesi, who spoke to party faithfuls in Kaduna, said “the APC is like a barren woman impregnated by the PDP; either as AD,AC or ACN that couldn’t win election until members of PDP joined them.”

He said the APC has chosen to dehumanise and persecute PDP members in a bid to weaken the party and turn Nigerians against it.

He urged party faithfuls to be united and fearless in the face of persecution, stating that PDP remains the only national party that is rooted in every hamlet of the country.

He vowed to return PDP to winning ways by making it the darling of Nigerians when elected as the chairman of the party.

The chairman of PDP Kaduna state, Hassan Hyat, who decorated Dokpesi with a PDP-customized regalia, said from what party leaders and delegates in the state said, it is obvious that the media mogul will get their support.
