Abdulmumin Jibrin has urged the Department of State Services to do something urgent as he writes yet another implicating letter against Speaker Yakubu Dogara.

House of Representatives member, Abdulmumin Jibrin has written a letter asking the Department of State Services to arrest the Speaker Yakubu Dogara and some of the principal membes of the House after implicating them in fraud.
“The House of Representatives under the disgraced Speaker Dogara truly has no shame. If all Nigerians will criticize the DSS raid on Judges, the House has lost the moral grounds to join in such criticism in the face of grievous allegations of systemic corruption, diversion and embezzlement of running cost and fraud and corruption against the Speaker and other members which the House is trying to suppress in a grand cover up never seen in the history of Nigeria” he added.
Below is Jibrin’s letter to the DSS:
October 11, 2016
The Director General
Department of State Security DSS
Abuja
Dear sir
RE:PETITION OF CORRUPT PRACTICES AND ABUSE OF OFFICE AGAINST SPEAKER YAKUBU DOGARA, DEPUTY SPEAKER YUSUF LASUN, HOUSE WHIP ALHASSAN ADO DOGUWA, MINORITY LEADER LEO OGOR, AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
You will recall that I wrote you a letter dated July 29, 2016 on the above subject matter where in I requested on the strength of the fraud and abuse of office allegations I leveled against the aforementioned for your office to investigate, arrest and prosecute the persons involved in the corrupt and fraudulent practices at the House of Representatives.
I therefore wish to remind you that 3 months after, things have remained the same. The accused persons have become emboldened, walk around freelay, carried out actions to destroy evidence, made attempts to kidnap and assassinate me and corruption continue to strive in the House of Representatives.
Last week I raised an alarm over a deep rooted systemic corruption where billions of naira directly stolen by the Leadership and Members of the House of Representatives in the name of running cost and demanded investigation and the Minister of Finance to stop payment of such money forth with because as an insider iam hundred percent sure that the money is diverted to private pockets through a fraudulent means that has become the hall mark of systemic corruption in the House but all seems to fall on deaf ears.
I further provided some names of members involved in the running cost scam to provide a starting point for investigation and prosecution as follows ;Speaker Yakubu Dogara, Deputy Speaker Yusuf Lasun, Whip Alhassan Doguwa, Minority Leader Leo Ogor, Hon Herma Hembe, Hon Jagaba Adams, Hon Timothy Golu, Hon Yunusa Ahmad Abubakar, Hon Mukaila Olayiwola Kazzim, Hon Lynda Chuba Ikpeazu, Hon Abdulrazak Namdas and Hon Osai Nicolas Osai.
I strongly believe that these chronic fraud and corruption in the House of Representatives is undoubtably a threat to National Security and must be dealt with decisively without further delays. You will be failing in your duties and responsibilities as patriotic citizen and officials of the Department of State Services if you fail to take necessary action to bring this disgraceful snd destructive situation to an end.
As I mentioned in my earlier letter, iam ready with and shall provide upon your invitation and request, all technical and physical assistance
throughout the period of this investigation, arrest and prosecution.
Please accept assurances of my continued high regards.
Yours in service to our Nation
Hon Abdulmumin Jibrin PhD MBA

The call for Dogara’s arrest follows condemnation by the National Assembly who condemned the Department of State Services’ invasion of the houses owned by some judges in Nigeria. The agency said it had been planning the operation for some months now.
Jibrin wondered why the agency would rush to arrest judges following suspicion of fraud while Dogara walks free after being indicted by him.
