Manhunt in Cleveland for man who killed old man on Facebook Live (Videos)
A Cleveland man fatally shot an elderly man at random on Facebook Live and has claimed to have killed 13 other people on Easter Sunday. The man Steve Stephens, 37, who goes by Stevie Steve on Facebook, went on Facebook Live to complain about how he has failed in life and boasted about killing 13 people. He said he wouldn't stop killing until he is caught. He also said he wanted his mum and ex girlfriend to call him or else he would keep killing people.

After the call, while driving aimlessly, he saw an old man, walked up to him, still on Facebook Live and shot the man dead.

In the chilling video, which has since been pulled from Facebook, Stephens saw the old man and said “Found me somebody I’m going to kill, this guy right here, this old dude.”
He then approaches an elderly black man and asks him to say the girlfriend's name. The old man repeated the name, then Stephens told the man; “She’s the reason, uh, this is about to happen to you.” He then appears to fire a single shot at close range and walks back into his car. He is now wanted for homicide by the Cleveland Police who confirmed the shooting broadcast on Facebook Live.
Cleveland police say Stephen Steve is considered armed and dangerous, police said after the homicide in northeast Cleveland near the Lake Erie shore. The FBI is providing assistance with the search as well.

Residents have been told to stay indoors and not go out until Stephens has been caught. Apart from the man he shot on Facebook Live, no other deaths have been confirmed to be associated with him.
"There are no other victims that we know of," Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said at a news conference on Sunday.

Authorities said the killing of the one confirmed victim, Robert Goodwin, 74, appeared to be random. "It's senseless," Williams said.

Cleveland Police have confirmed that a video posted to Facebook Live showing an elderly man being shot is legitimate.

Family members of the 74 year old Grandpa he killed watched the video on Facebook and have been mourning his death since. They said he just finished spending time with his family, eating and celebrating Easter with his kids and Grandkids  and was just on his way home.  Watch the video below:

Cleveland officials urged Stephens to refrain from hurting anyone else after the video was posted.
“Steve Stephens, we want to communicate to you,” Mayor Frank Jackson said at a press conference, telling the suspect “he need not do anymore harm to anybody, any innocent people.”
