The father and son alongside others killed the snake and made delicious meal with it
A celebrity chef and his son have killed a huge python and used it to cook a delicious meal.
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and 17-year-old son killed and ate a Burmese python during a recent trip to Florida, Dailymail reported.
It was gathered that Ramsay, his son, Jack, joined Kyle Penniston
of Miami on July 15 to hunt invasive pythons in the Everglades for an
upcoming episode of his competitive-cooking TV show, The F Word with
Gordon Ramsay.
Penniston hunts pythons for the South Florida Water Management
District, the state agency that oversees Everglades restoration. After
capturing the python, Ramsay made a deal with Penniston and his
collegue, Jason Catarineau.
The first snake captured was nine feet long, and the group killed
it instantly before skinning it. The snake that the Ramsays caught,
however, was safe to eat and the chef cooked it one alongside a levee in
a portable oven.
For the meal, Ramsay ground the snake meat and served it in lettuce cups.
