New York City Marks 16 Years Since 9/11 Attacks

It is 16 years to the day since the September 11 attacks carried out by al-Qaeda. Memorial services have been held across the US to mark the anniversary and remember the thousands dead in the worst ever attack on US soil. But this year’s commemorations come at a time of new allegations about who was responsible for the events in 2001.
