National PDP Chairman, Makarfi escapes death in auto crash

Senator Ahmed Makarfi was involved in an accident early this morning,  but escaped with his life.
The multiple accident which involved an undisclosed number of vehicles which were reportedly damaged,  occurred along the Kaduna – Abuja express Road.

The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Prince Dayo Adeyeye who confirmed the involvement of the party chairman in the accident, however, assured that Makarfi wasn’t injured at all in the crash.
“We are happy to report that fortunately, the Distinguished Senator and all other passengers in his vehicle came out unhurt.
“This is to allay the fears of our party members, teeming supporters and well wishers who heard of the Accident and have been making frantic calls; as well as those who may stumble on half-baked information” Adeyeye said in a short statement in reacting to inquiry on the issue.
