"Niger State occupies 10% of Nigeria's land area''.He responded by using

Adeyinka Grandson replies, "Lagos occupies 50% of Nigeria's waterways. While FG controls Lagos' waterways, it doesn't control Niger State's land area. Nigeria's a fraud.
