Anyways, multiple sources CONFIRMED to us that Latifah is now dating actress Paula Patton - Robin Thicke's ex-wife. We're not sure HOW SERIOUS IT IS . . . but it's going down.
For the record, Paula has described herself as "bisexual" in the past.
