Olubunmi Odumusi, a newly sworn-in permanent secretary of the Ogun State Ministry of Information and Strategy, has died.
Odumusi, 57, was said to have died in her sleep around midnight on Friday, September 2, 2016, after a prolonged cancer battle.
The state governor, Ibikunle Amosun had had sworn in the deceased as a Permanent Secretary 24 hours earlier, reports say.
The ailment, according to reports, had gulped huge sums of money from the family to get the deceased treated in Nigeria and overseas.
