Manchester united Manager Jose Mourinho, yesterday celebrated his 54th birthday with cake on team bus . The Manchester United boss managed to muster a smile for Phil Neville following a frustrating night at the KCOM Stadium

Mourinho who is from Portugal was presented with a birthday cake on the team bus as United headed home from Yorkshire following their defeat to Hull City. He was born on 26 January 1963.
