Jonathan’s predictions coming to pass – Reno Omokri

Former Special Assistant to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan on New Media, Reno Omokri, has insinuated that Jonathan predicted the hardship Nigerians are going through during his campaign in 2015.
Omokri added that he thinks Jonathan ‘is a prophet.’

Omokri in a post on his Facebook page shared a photo backed by a speech made by the immediate past president two years ago at Eagle Square in Abuja.
The speech reads: “The choice before Nigerians in the coming election is simple.
“A choice between going forward or going backwards; between the new ways and the old ways; between freedom and repression; between a record of visible achievements and beneficial reforms – and desperate power-seekers with empty promises.”
He further wrote: “As the Naira hits $1 to ₦500, please take your time to carefully read Goodluck Jonathan’s warning to Nigeria two years ago.”

We had reported that the naira dropped against the United States dollar from 498 to 500 at the parallel market during the early trading hours.
His post has, however, generated mixed reactions as some of his followers said Nigerians were manipulated to have voted Jonathan out.
