Rivers Rerun update; Suspected Thugs chop off INEC staff hand

Suspected political thugs have cut off the hand of an official of the independent National Electoral Commission INEC participating in the ongoing rerun election in Igbo-Etche area of Etche Local Government Area of in Rivers state.

The victim whose name has not been identified as of press time was taken to the INEC headquarters in Port Harcourt drenched in his blood.
