Good Times Awaits DStv Subscribers as FA Cup Gets to Q’finals

As the Emirates FA Cup gets to the quarter finals stage, active DStv and GOtv subscribers are in for a good time as SuperSport would be starting a promo where football fans can win various prizes like television, decoder and jerseys among other prizes.

In an interview with the General Manager, Marketing and Sales, Martin Mabutho, at the company’s corporate headquarters in Victoria Island yesterday, Mabutho said he was really looking forward to watching a mouthwatering finals. “With the spectacular form of Tottenham Hotspurs this season, a Manchester United versus Spurs final would be more like it,” he said.

“To add spice to the competition, SuperSport would be rolling out a promo whereby our subscribers can win various prizes like television, decoder and jerseys among other prizes,” he said.

Mabutho said that despite the hard economic hardship in the country subscription prizes had not been increased in spite of adding the rest of the season of Emirates FA Cup to all the DStv packages, but added that this may change if the economy does not improve.

Against the backdrop in some quarters that SuperSport may likely lose the right to view the Premier League matches next season, the GM, Marketing and Sales said; “come August when the 2017/18 Premier League season will begin, all the matches would be on DStv. DStv shows more Premier League matches than even in the United Kingdom.”
