Photos: Gunmen kidnap wife of Edo State Oil and Gas Commission Chairman

Mrs Augustina Uwadiae, a staff of Egor Local Government Council, in Edo State, was abducted by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers last Friday.

The victim, who is the wife of the Chairman, Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission (EDSOGRADEC) Mr Vincent Uwadiae, was kidnapped at Ugbiyokho community on her way home from work.

Mr Uwadiae, who confirmed the incident on telephone interview with journalists, said that her kidnappers were yet to make demand for ransom payment.
