Why my father was killed – Senator Isiaka Adeleke’s son explodes

The son of late Senator Isiaka Adeleke, Tunji, has insisted that his father was not sick before he passed away last Saturday.

Tunji says his father was killed because he wanted to contest for Osun governorship in 2018.

He claims the people were jealous, because they wanted his dad’s power, position and money at all cost.
“My nigga was the gubernatorial candidate and he was definitely going to be the next governor of Osun State! God knows!! He was killed someway that only God and the people involved know! But God is on the throne.
“My dad wasn’t sick. People just wanted his position, the power, money, etc! He is still on the throne till eternity,” part of his update on Snapchat read.

One Dr. Ade, who treated Senator Adeleke, when he complained of leg pain early Sunday morning has been arrested for interrogation by the police.
One of his aides made the conformation to newsmen on Monday.
He said the doctor was arrested on Monday, following the report that Adeleke died as a result of an overdose of medications he administered on him.

This is as the report of the post mortem is being awaited.
