Buhari needs to make his health priority – Reno Omokri

A former Special Assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan on New Media, Reno Omokri has claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari’s enemies are the ones encouraging him to cling to power.

Omokri, in a series of tweets posted Monday night, advised Buhari to put his health first and power second.

“The enemies of @MBuhari are those who are encouraging him to cling to power instead of clinging to his health! Health first, power second!” He wrote.
He also attacked the Minister of Communications, Adebayo Shittu, who recently stated that by 2019 general elections, Nigerians will be begging Buhari to run for a second term(http://dailypost.ng/2017/05/01/2019-election-nigerians-will-beg-buhari-run-second-term-adebayo-shittu/).
Shittu also said that Jonathan never symbolized anything for Nigeria, and that Buhari is like a father figure, who is bent on taking Nigeria to a greater height.

Omokri wrote: “Adebayo Shittu says Buhari is a father to Nigerians and Jonathan was not, yet PMB’s kids schooled abroad while GEJ’s schooled in Nigeria!
“Adebayo Shittu says Buhari is like a father to Nigerians and Jonathan was not, yet PMB never accepted election defeat while GEJ freely did!
“Shittu says PMB is a father to Nigerians and GEJ was not, yet GEJ never gave Bayelsa preferential recruitment but PMB gave Katsina with DSS.

“PMB told @Telegraph Nigerians are criminals while GEJ told @CNN he is proud of Nigerians. Between the two, please who sounds like a father?
“Between ‘the dog and baboon will be soaked in blood’ and ‘my ambition is not worth the blood of any Nigerian’, who sounds like a father?”
