Governor Willie Obiano Mourns as Massive Tragedy Hits Family

All Progressives Grand Alliance chieftain - Mr Obiano in the South-eastern part of Nigeria has been thrown into a state of mourning following a development that cost him a family member.

Anambra governor, Willie Obiano who is currently gearing up for the forthcoming gubernatorial election has lost his mother to the regrettable cold hands of death.

 

"We regret to announce the passing on of the mother of Anambra State Governor Willie Obiano "Akpokuedike". She passed on yesterday, 2 June 2017 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital [NAUTH] Nnewi by 3pm." a family source revealed to a reporter.

 

Until her death, the governor's mother who was always unconscious has been in the Intensive Care Unit [ICU] of Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital [NAUTH] Nnewi for months.

 

The governor visits most times there according to further reports gathered.

 

The news of her death was released by the NAUTH Community.

 

As at the time of this news, she was still there in ICU. The hospital authorities are waiting for the son (governor) to come before moving her to the mortuary.

May the Good Lord Grant him the fortitude to bear the loss and we pray God to grant her eternal peace in the beyond." another staunch supporter revealed.
