Nigeria's Minister of State for Oil Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, has been seen dancing to popular singer, Flavour Nabania's 'Ada' and getting pasted with cash in Vienna.

The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, has been captured on camera showing-off his dancing skills as he dances to Flavour's "Ada Ada" at a function in Vienna, the capital of Austria recently.
