Some local residents in Minna, the Niger State capital, have apprehended a man who is notorious for robbing his victims while wearing the popular hijab.

 

A Facebook user identified as Jonpaul Oshioke Umoru has taken to the social networking platform to share some photos of a notorious armed robber who robs while wearing the Islamic hijab and was apprehended by local residents in Minna, the Niger State capital.
