A health scare in my family caused me to start recording a lot of videos of my parents interacting with each other. I don't have any kids yet and know one day they will ask me about grandpa and grandma. I wasn't old enough to spend time w my grandfathers before they passed so early this year I started recording my parents interacting so my kids and kids kids can see them. I would advise everyone to do the same because we are the first generation of Africans with an incredible tool we all own (our cellphones) that we can use to capture history forever. In this video I asked my parents to tell me about date nights they had before we were born. Apparently they went dancing every Sunday night after church and regularly went to bar beach and watched soccer matches live at national stadium close to our home in surulere.
