Silverbird TV Reporter Reportedly Beaten By Police During 'Resign or Resume' Protest in Abuja

More controversial details have continued to emerge from the scene of the anti-government protest in Abuja led by Charles 'Charly Boy' Oputa and a former social media manager of the PDP, Deji Adeyanju.
Sergeant Idiake Julius has been accused of brutalising a Silverbird Television reporter, Amadin Uyi during a peaceful protest to compel President Muhammadu Buhari to return to Nigeria after spending 93 days in London, United Kingdom.

 

A picture of him being engaged with the reporter is currently making rounds on social media. Rumours have it that the journalist landed in the hospital after the attack.
