Video: Throwback to Floyd Mayweather's debut match in 1996, he won by a knockout in round two

 

American boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather made his professional debut on October 11, 1996 in Las Vegas at the Texas Station Casino for a Super Featherweight bout as a 19 year old kid.

He fought well and defeated Roberto Apodaca in the second round by a Knockout, making him the first United States boxer in 20 years to beat a Cuban.

Floyd went on to have a clean career of 50 fights, zero defeat and he's now retired.
