Cristiano Ronaldo beats Messi and Neymar to win Best FIFA Men’s Player of the year award

It was an emotional night for Cristiano Ronaldo as he was crowned the 2017 best player in the world for the second year running ahead of his rivals Lionel Messi and Neymar at the FIFA's The Best men's player award in London today.



As soon as the Real Madrid striker was announced as the winner of the award by football legends, Diego Maradona and Ronaldo de Lima, the Portuguese star shared a kiss with his son Cristiano Jnr and his pregnant girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez before going up on stage to pick his award from FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
