No Party Has Achieved as Much as PDP - Atiku Insists as He Visits PDP Secretariat in Abuja (Photos+Video)

Photos and video have emerged online showing the moment former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, arrived the PDP National Headquarters in Abuja and was received by party officials. Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, on Tuesday, paid a visit to the PDP secretariat in Abuja, few days after defecting from the All Progressive Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

 

While speaking at the meeting with party leaders, the former vice president who arrived at the the secretariat at about 12 noon accompanied by a large number of supporters, urged defectors to return to rebuild the former ruling party.

 

 

Atiku who was received by the PDP chairman, National Caretaker Committee (NCC), Ahmed Makarfi, and other leaders of the party, said he will not compromise internal party democracy, noting that no party had achieved as much as the PDP.

 

Makarfi said the party was expecting more ‘returnees’ and assured them of equal opportunity.
