President Buhari Departs Abuja, Arrives Jordan Ahead of Counter Terrorism Summit (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari with some state governors as well as the minister of Defence, has this morning, arrived safely in Jordan ahead of the Counter Terrorism Summit.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, departed Nigeria for Jordan to attend a summit on terrorism. The meeting will take place in the country from December 2 - 3, 2017.

The president's special adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina said this in a statement while noting that the president would discuss issues surrounding terrorism in the country as well as seek measures to cripple activities of insurgents.

Meanwhile, the President have earlier this morning arrived Jordan ahead of the high profile Counter Terrorism Summit on 1st Dec 2017.

President Buhari was with Minister of Defence Monsur Dan Ali, Governor of Niger State H.E. Abubakar Sani Bello, Governor of Kogi State H.E. Yahaya Bello, Governor of Osun State H.E. Rauf Aregbesola as he arrived the country.
