El-Zakzaky And Wife Need To Be Flown Abroad - Foreign Doctors

The foreign doctors who were allowed to run medical checks on leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, IMN, Ibraheem El-Zakzaky, have disclosed that he needs to be flown abroad alongside his wife at the conclusion of their assessment.

 

The foreign doctors who told newsmen that El-Zakzaky and his wife need to be flown abroad, revealed that they have multiple health issues. 

 

One of the consultants on the team, Kazim Akber Dhalla, who is an eye surgeon, said: “Based on the preliminary assessment we have conducted, both the Sheikh and his wife have got multiple health issues.

Some of them have already been diagnosed but our impression is that they will require further assessments, more treatment, perhaps these will be needed (to be done) in higher medical centres maybe outside the country.”

 

This came after the Iranian government, through a statement by the Iranian foreign ministry spokesman, Seyed Mousavi, commended President Muhammadu Buhari-led government for allowing a foreign medical team to examine Mr El-Zakzaky.
