Chelsea striker, Tammy Abraham, has reacted after being included in
England squad that will face Czech Republic and Bulgaria in the Euro
2020 qualifying games later this month.
It was reported that England manager, Gareth Southgate, has called
up Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori, for their Euro 2020 qualifying games
against Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
The Chelsea duo, who are also eligible to play for Nigeria, have been in impressive form for the Blues this season.
If they accept the invitation and eventually feature in any of the
matches, they will not be able to represent the Super Eagles again.
Reacting, Abraham took to his official Twitter page on Thursday to express his excitement at his England call-up.
“Always proud to get the @Englandcallup. Congrats boys,” the 22-year-old tweeted alongside with a picture of himself with Tomori, Mason Mount and Ross Barkley.
