A video is currently going viral online where former CBN governor and current Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi revealed how he was threatened by then President Goodluck Jonathan, following his findings on misappropriation of funds during his tenure as CBN governor.
Sanusi made the revelations in an interview with Peace Hyde of Forbes Africa TV for the debut edition of the new TV show ‘My Worst Day’ that’ll air Wednesday, May 4, 2016.

‘I was devastated’, he said of his shock at the developments at the time.
The Emir was unceremoniously suspended as governor of Central Bank in February 2014 following his findings on misappropriation of funds within the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
