VIDEO: How the senate rejected Magu for EFCC boss position

The Senate has rejected the nomination of the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr Ibrahim Magu over the report of the Department of State Services (DSS).

Addressing newsmen, the spokesman of the Senate, Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi said the rejection was based on the DSS report. 

Daily Trust had exclusively reported that the DSS has advised the Senate against confirming Magu.
