President Buhari presides over second virtual FEC meeting

President Buhari is currently presiding over the second virtual Federal Executive Council FEC meeting in Abuja, the nation's capital.

 

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and a few Ministers with memos to present at the meeting are physically present in the Council chamber, while others Ministers are connecting via video conferencing.

 

Today’s FEC meeting is the second virtual FEC meeting since the coronavirus pandemic started. The first was held last week Wednesday.

 

The virtual FEC meeting was adopted as part of measures to contain the spread of the virus.
